Ridgewells Retreat Policies
Please read the below terms and conditions carefully before booking in with Ridgewells Retreat.
If a patch test is required for your treatment, this must be done at least 48 hours before your treatment. Due to insurance reasons I cannot carry out a treatment without a patch test.
If your patch test shows any signs of discumfort please contact me as soon as possible.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running 10 or more minutes late your appointment may not be able to go ahead due to other appointments booked in.
If you are coming in for your first appointment with me please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will ensure we can go over your treatment any questions you may have.

There is plenty of street parking available outside of the salon. All free and does not require a parking permit. Please AVOID parking in the restaurants spaces or blocking any of the resident driveways.

Some treatments may have an age restriction of 16 or 18+ this will be stated at time of booking. You may be required to show proof of age.

Treatment restrictions: Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or for certain medical conditions. Please make us aware at the time of booking if you may be pregnant or any medication conditions.

If you are booking for a lash infill it is important you arrive with at least 50% of your original lash set. More than 50% loss would require a full set and if we are not informed we will only be able to complete as much as possible during the infill time.

A full set of lashes does not include removal from previous sets, if you require an old set removed please add a Removal service to your booking.

Cancellation Policy: Your appointment is reserved especially for you at Ridgewells Retreat and while we understand that at times rescheduling an appointment may be required, we respectfully request you notify up to 48hours before your appointment time.
50% of the treatment price will be charged if you cancel within 48hours of your treatment time.
Failure to attend an appointment will require 100% of the treatment price.
We hope you understand that when you do not show up or cancel your appointments last minute we are unable to fill the spot.

Payment: We accept all major debit and credit cards, bank transfer and cash. All services must be paid for before leaving the salon.
